Our spacious first floor apartments are built in the former cafeteria and kitchen of Roland E. Cook. Modern amenities and unique floor plans define each apartment, and most first story apartments have beautiful courtyard gardens overlooking the Roanoke Valley.

The former classrooms, administrative office, and library on the second floor have been converted into gorgeous living spaces. The school’s original hardwood floors have been uncovered and restored, and tall, energy efficient windows bathe each unit in natural light.

The classrooms on the third floor now house elegant loft apartments. Original hardwood floors line each apartment, and towering windows offer fantastic views of the Roanoke Valley. Spiral staircases lead to spacious lofts, overlooking the apartment below. The third floor also features a common area, converted from the school’s old auditorium and gym. This space is perfect for entertaining friends and catching up with neighbors.
